1/2 cup cooked Quinoa
8 asparagus strings
Salt, garlic, black pepper
I used a whole baked chicken from Fred Myer, I took the meat apart. I steamed the asparagus for 1 min. Quinoa – was purchased from Costco (already cooked). I mixed all together, added the salt, garlic, and black pepper. Cooking time: under 10 min.
