🟢 RB tricep extensions
🟢 Skaters
🟢 SB sit-ups to torso twists
🟢 Drop squats
🟢 Leg raises-shoulder blade off the floor
🟢 Drop squats again
🟢 Torso twists
🟢 Burpee’s-push-up -optional
🟢 KB squats to rows – pause at the bottom then row.
Repeat this for 3-5 sets (rounds).
