🟒 RB tricep extensions
🟒 Skaters
🟒 SB sit-ups to torso twists
🟒 Drop squats
🟒 Leg raises-shoulder blade off the floor
🟒 Drop squats again
🟒 Torso twists
🟒 Burpee’s-push-up -optional
🟒 KB squats to rows – pause at the bottom then row.
Repeat this for 3-5 sets (rounds).
