I know, when you think vacation it means most of the time that you are going to relax: stay up late, sleep-in, enjoy the beach or the mountain, eat a lot and enjoy some drinks etc.

I do all that too but I do NOT skip my workouts.

45 sec ON, 15 sec OFF
If you you like counting than you  can do 10 -14 reps per exercise or per side.
If you are a beginner you can stop after one ROUND
OR you keep going for 3-6 rounds. I assure you that you will be swimming in sweat.
