RESISTANCE BAND WORKOUT

I know, when you think vacation it means most of the time that you are going to relax: stay up late, sleep-in, enjoy the beach or the mountain, eat a lot and enjoy some drinks etc.

I do all that too but I do NOT skip my workouts. Here’s a 5 minute resistance band workout on my balcony – awesome view!

45 sec ON, 15 sec OFF – or you can do 10 -14 reps per exercise or per side.

You can stop after one ROUND if you are a beginner, OR you keep going for 3-6 rounds. I assure you that you will be swimming in sweat.

RB – Resistance Band, SLA – Single Arm

V-ups RB – abs

RB Romanian Deadlift

SLA RB Shoulder Press – right

RB Squats

SLA RB Shoulder Press – left
