This week I have a great total body workout for you:
- 5 sets of 10 squats to burpee to 5 push-ups
and - 5 sets of squat to side lunge to curtsy lunge x 5 repetitions (start in the middle with a squat, side lunge to the right, curtsy lunge, squat again, side lunge to the left, curtsy lunge) this is 1 repetition.
- Do this for 5 sets.
